Slot­ted bits are widely used in many areas, espe­cially in every­day life, and even lay­men are usu­ally famil­i­ar with them. They are used cor­res­pond­ingly often — which makes it all the more import­ant to pay atten­tion to qual­ity like that from ASW.

Slot­ted Bits

Bits for slot­ted screws are par­tic­u­larly suit­able where a con­sid­er­able trans­mis­sion of force is simply not neces­sary. Soft screw­ing cases are suit­able where the screw head does not sud­denly hit the ground, but is screwed evenly. This is the case, for example, when you are work­ing on wood.

Our slot­ted bits are avail­able in indi­vidu­al vari­ants or as applic­a­tion-ori­ented packs — in dif­fer­ent sizes and even as indi­vidu­ally man­u­fac­tured solu­tions if required.

• Cam-out effect: Easy slip­ping is reduced by our coat­ings, which intensi­fy the grip of the slot­ted bit.
• Wear: Through reg­u­lar hard­ness tests and vari­ous coat­ings, we ensure that the tools do not wear noticeably.
• Break­age: The selec­ted mater­i­als, the stand­ard-com­pli­ant pro­duc­tion and our spe­cial harden­ing pro­cess guar­an­tee a long ser­vice life when used properly.
